Where we’ll go: We’ll visit many of the main sites of Florence, with the first tour starting at San Lorenzo to learn about the Medici family. We’ll then walk towards Piazza Duomo where we’ll talk about the Baptistry, Campanile (bell tower), Cathedral, and yes, THAT dome! Heading down the Via dei Calzaiuoli (bonus points if you can pronounce it!) we’ll pass Orsanmichele and marvel at its sculptures before arriving to Piazza della Signoria (where a copy of Michelangelo’s David guards the entrance to the town hall). Passing underneath the Uffizi Gallery, we'll finish with a view of the River Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. The second tour is the same as the first, but in reverse!

Why 2 Tours? Well, perché no - why not? I adore Florence (even though I live in the rival city of Siena), and I thought it might be nice to let our West Coasters have an option for a slightly later start!
