Please only make this deposit if our tour has been confirmed via email (all other reservations should be made directly via the bookings page of this website). You balance may be paid with cash or card on the day of the tour. Grazie!
Cancellation Policy: You may change the day/time of your tour without penalty (if there is availability on the calendar), and should you need to cancel the tour you may do so at any time. Please note that the deposit is only refundable up until 14 days before your scheduled tour and that there will be a 5% processing fee. Of course, we’re all human, so for further questions, please email me at anna@sienaitalytours.com so that we can work through any issues that may arise.
