It’s always a challenge to fit nearly 3,000 years of history into an hour, but we’ll try! We’ll explore Etruscan culture and tradition and see evidence of the Romans, then move into the Middle Ages to admire the impressive town hall and learn about the rivalry between the Guelphs and Ghibellines. If you have a fondness for alabaster, then you’re in luck, as we’ll surely spot works by local artisans during our walk (but I can’t promise any vampire sightings).
